• For pick-ups from an airport:

Each reservation includes one hour of waiting from the time the plane lands.

• For pick-ups from a station:

The waiting time is 20 minutes from the arrival of the train.

• For pick-ups from a hotel or other address:

Waiting time is 20 minutes from the time of reservation.

When you arrive from abroad at the airport, don’t forget to connect your phone, the driver will send you a Whatsapp to explain where he is waiting for you. Moreover he will carry a sign with your name on it.

If the pick up is from an hotel, your driver will also send you this text message, and he will announce himself at the reception desk.

When you make your reservation, you have the possibility to enter the number of luggages you have.

Luggages are free. The number of pieces you can carry is written nest to the price.

Be carreful to book the right car, maybe the available space won’t be enough.

When you book with us you have the possibility to add a child seat as an option.
